With over 23 years of experience in industrial automation, I am currently working in the After Sales department, focusing on the industrial automation sector. My specialization includes the startup and commissioning of packaging machines for the food and beverage industry, where I have developed solid expertise in vision systems and a deep understanding of automation processes.
In my role, I frequently travel to provide technical assistance, training, and support to our clients, mainly located in North and South America. I collaborate closely with the engineering development and manufacturing teams, offering feedback and suggestions for product improvement and innovation. Leveraging my technical skills and knowledge, I play a key role in generating product sales and building strong customer relationships.
I am currently enrolled in a university course in Commercial Management, as I aim to combine my passion for technology with strategic-commercial skills, always prioritizing excellence in customer service.
Additionally, I am a great enthusiast of the financial sector and global investments. Over the years, I have developed a deep interest and knowledge in this area, which I consider a valuable complement to my professional profile.
